Our History of Mixers

CMC-America is located in Joliet, IL USA. It was here, in 1888 that Mr. Phillip F. Carroll started to manufacture bakery equipment for the rapidly growing retail baking industry. What Mr. Carroll first started continues today as CMC America, a company that serves the baking industry throughout the globe.

We hope you will enjoy the presentation of achievements and select moments that the company has celebrated through the years. As our most recent patent from 2011 proves, we are a forward-looking company. But, we are as proud of those who came before us as we are of where we are headed.

Depositors 16 SD

The CMC-America 16 SD Depositor is a narrow body continuous depositor designed to form and deliver wire-cut dough pieces of a better weight uniformity onto standard, impression or muffin pans. While the production capacity of the 16 SD will vary based on size, shape/design and dough texture, it will prepare up 10,000 pieces per hour. Whether your cookies are headed right to the oven — or into the freezer – the CMC-America 16 SD is ready for the task.
